Shipping policy

Hong Kong Delivery Service

The shipping fee for each order is HK$50, free shipping on orders over $1500.

A third party delivery service vendor might be used for delivery, and some areas may not be able to arrange delivery according to the time indicated by the customer.

Please be noted that if the customer requires to change the delivery time/address after confirmation of shippment, the additional fee will be charged on the customers

Regarding frozen products, once the frozen products are delivered to the client, It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are stored in the suitable storage spaces according to the storage advice provided, Yue Hing Marine Products Trading Company Limited will not be responsible for the quality of products after the confirmation at delivery.

After receivng the orders, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible by Email / WhatsApp / phone to arrange the delivery date.

If you need to change the delivery date and time, you will need to notify us before 14:00 1 day prior to the arranged delivery date.

Please enter the correct phone number during checkout, otherwise we will not be able to contact you to arrange delivery. Yue Hing Marine Products Trading Company Limited will not be responsible for not being able to make any successful phone calls/SMS/WhatsApp due to incorrect input by the customers.

The following time periods are for reference only, actual delivery time might vary
09:00 – 19:00

* Note: There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays

In case of dispute, Yue Hing Marine Products Trading Company Limited reserve the right to the final decision.
